What we collect

Information you send us

When you send a quote request, a parts or service inquiry, a hose & fitting photo quote or a CFM calculator request, we receive what you enter: your name, your company if you add it, your phone number and/or email address, the details of what you need and any photos you attach (up to three). The CFM calculator also asks for your email address and includes the tools and numbers you chose.

If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Technical information

Like any website, our server receives your IP address, your browser type and the page you ask for whenever your browser loads the site. Our web host may keep routine logs of this for security and operations. To block spam, the server also counts how many forms were sent recently from one address. That count is held only in the server’s memory and is not written to a file or database.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, identify the right part or equipment, prepare a quote, arrange service and keep ordinary business records of the work. We also use it to protect the site from spam and misuse. These forms do not sign you up for a newsletter or mailing list, and the CFM calculator does not email its result to you. Your answer appears on the page.

Who handles it

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. A few service providers handle it so the website works:

Receives your requests in our business email and uses them to respond to you.

Resend

An email delivery service. When online sending is available, our website hands your form submission, including any photos, to Resend so it can be delivered to our inbox.

GoDaddy

Hosts this website and its server.

Google Fonts

Our pages load the Inter and Barlow typefaces from Google. When they load, Google receives your IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy policy ↗.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or when we need to protect our business and customers from fraud or abuse.

When online sending isn’t available

If a form cannot send your request, it prepares an email draft in your own email app and lets you save a text copy on your device. Nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself, and photos are not attached to drafts automatically.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, and we do not use analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. If that changes, we will update this page. Links to other sites, such as manufacturer or reference pages, lead to sites with their own privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We keep requests in our business email for as long as we need them to follow up, quote and keep ordinary business records. We delete them when we no longer need them.

Your choices

No website or email system is perfectly secure. Please do not send payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords or health information through our forms or in photos.

Our website is for business and trade customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
